at the RanchWe have beautiful, unique spaces here at Painted Warriors where we teach, share stories, and experience the land with our guests and students. We also rent our facilities out for special events for businesses, clubs or large family groups.

About facility rentals at Painted Warriors
The mezzanine area of our riding arena is an ideal space for meetings, workshops and team-building exercises. There are washroom facilities and a full-service kitchen where we can offer catering services to your group if required.
Please note that there are steps into our facility. If you have mobility issues, please reach out to us in advance.
Booking your rental
For all facility rentals, a deposit of 10% must be made at least one month in advance of your event. We’ll work with you to prepare for your group and ensure you have absolutely everything you need at every stage of your visit at Painted Warriors.
Cost: $300 per day for room rental and equipment. Tea and coffee will be provided for meetings, but catering is additional. Cancellations must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.
Staying at the Ranch
We welcome overnight stays and have accommodations for up to 14 people in our trapper tents that are heated by a cozy wood stove.
