Our Riding Programs

The student will try a wide variety of various riding disciplines. Each month has its own theme from drill team to hunter jumper, giving the students a broad education and allowing them to narrow in on the kind of riding they enjoy the most.

Riding Facilities

Our riding facility is situated on 82 acres of forested land with trails throughout the whole property, a stadium jumping area, a small cross country course, and a 140′ by 60′ heated indoor arena with an attached 6 stall barn and viewing area. We have 10 very good school horses with western and english tack for each of them, and the students are able to try most of them out as they progress.

My name is Tracey Klettl. I am one of the owners and founders of Painted Warriors.

For the past 8 years I have been working as a full time riding instructor and have fine tuned my lessons into a program that is very successful in building confident and inspired riders. I work with lots of young children and beginner riders and enjoy watching the progress from beginner to more advanced levels. I am a nationally recognized instructor with Equine Canada and promote the Equine Canada rider level programs which give each student the option of testing through the levels and maybe one day become an instructor themselves.

My whole purpose for teaching comes from the heart. It is something I am passionate about and truly believe that each student must be guided and handled as a unique individual. My approach to teaching is to point out the riders strengths and to encourage with patience and kindness.
